Czech Dark Pilsner

“The Czech Dark Pilsner is a crisp, well-rounded and refreshing beer.” says Great Railroad Brewing Company about their dark pilsner.

“We use speciality malted barley, including Caraaroma”, they explain, “which gives this pilsner a fuller body, improved malt aroma and a deep, saturated reddish colour.”

“This distinguishes this dark pilsner from the widely excepted pale pilsner. SAAZ hops imparts a distinctly soft, rounded profile. Insoluble sugars from dextrin provide additional body.”
