Moonzen Brewery’s values not only leads to premium handcrafted beer, but also mean raising awareness of an educated and mindful way of brewing and drinking that is local, pure and sustainable.

Moonzen stands for ‘door gods’ (??) in Chinese and was chosen because the owners are inspired by the rich tapestry of Chinese folklore rooted in Hong Kong culture.
