Frontier Beer Co’s Rye the Beloved Country draws deep orange and red hues from two types of rye malt. Creating complexity with the interplay of German speciality malts, they surface earthy spices and almond nuttiness, with notes of honey biscuit.
Rye the Beloved Country appears sunset read, with a persistent white head. It offers an earthy malt aroma, with fresh citrus and floral hops.
On the palate there’s a nutty sweetness, drying earthy rye malt and a complex, comforting malt character that is balanced by the floral, citrus hops.
The mouthfeel is medium-bodies, with a drying finish.
